Once again, thanks! Everyone says just what your graph shows, and it’s hard to accept and believe. I guess the only way to fight through the frustration is to have a long term belief. One thing that also helps is to study where the “hits” are coming from. When you notice the “hits” are coming from content within your own website and referred through Google, that is a big turning point.

Your graph is highly accurate, at least by my own experiences with blogs and websites online. It’s also done with a minimum of words–I love that! How are your air jar and post card projects doing?

I keep chugging away with my online projects, and things are coming along!

    Hello Sher,

Glad to hear you are keeping at it.

My air jar and card projects are doing great…except that they are not making too much money…very close to 0. But the good news is, as the above clearly indicates – my traffic is always increasing at an increasing rate. So if traffic keeps going up at the current rate then in 3200 days I will have so much traffic that odds are somebody will accidentally buy the air jar.

As a happy customer I still feel that postcards from Prague is a great idea and they do make a wonderful Valentine’s Day gift.

I’ve just stumble upon your site and you made some relatively good points on your website. After seeing this graph, i was wondering what you did to increase your visitors from 100-1000 in a few months?

    Hello Ray,

The graph is meant to show how long it took to reach 100 visitors PER DAY.

It shows how long it took me to reach 100 visitors a day (long long time) and then 200 visitors a day (a lot shorter time).

That was around 3 months ago. Now only 3 months later there are days I get 300 visitors a day (a lot lot shorter time).

Thanks for a great article I started my site a year ago and have simular experiences to you although getting to 200 vistors was a little quicker. But all in all it is a slow process to build up vistors
